Second messenger systems and their receptor identification and
isolation. NMR methods for determining the solution
conformation of biologically active compounds. Synthetic
methods in nucleoside chemistry. Alkylation and crosslinking
of DNA, and replication and repair studies of damaged DNA.
Methods for the synthesis of modified oligonucleotides.
